American designer Jeremy Scott’s eponymous brand was founded in 1996 and quickly gained the attention and adoration of fashion insiders and celebrities alike. Over the next five years he launched the modeling career of Devon Aoki; worked with Christian Louboutin and Stephen Jones on accessories for his runway shows; received accolades from Karl Lagerfeld; and won the 1996 and 1997 Venus de la Mode Award for Best New Designer.

In 1999, he was nominated for Best Young Designer by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). He is also the creative director of Moschino. The company is now a licensor of AEFFE S.p.A. as of 2015.
